1. Discrete Shipping

Your privacy is our top priority.

All orders are shipped in neutral packaging.

For reasons of discretion, the name "Studio Ivan Kiss" will be used as the sender on the package label.

2. Shipping Providers & Tracking

All of our products are shipped as insured packages via DHL or a comparable shipping service provider. As soon as we have handed over your order to DHL, you will automatically receive an email with a tracking number so that you can track the status of your shipment online at any time.

3. Delivery Areas and Shipping Costs

We deliver throughout the European Union, to the United Kingdom (UK), and to selected other countries outside the EU. The shipping costs are structured as follows:

Free Shipping (EU & UK):
Shipping to all member states of the European Union (EU) as well as to the United Kingdom (UK) is completely free of charge for you.

Shipping to Selected Other Countries Outside the EU (Third Countries):
Outside the EU, we deliver to the following countries:

  • Australia

  • Bosnia and Herzegovina

  • Chile

  • China

  • Colombia

  • Kosovo

  • South Africa

  • South Korea

  • Ukraine

  • United States

Rates for these third countries:

  • Base shipping flat rate: EUR 50.00 per order.

  • For each additional product in the same order, we charge an additional fee of EUR 20.00.

Example: If you order two products in one shipment to one of these countries, the total shipping costs will be EUR 70.00 (EUR 50.00 base rate + EUR 20.00 for the second product).

Important note for all non-EU deliveries (including the UK): For deliveries to countries outside the EU, additional customs duties, import taxes, or customs clearance fees may apply, which are levied by the responsible authority of the destination country. These costs are to be borne by the customer and are not included in our shipping costs.

4. Delivery Times

We only sell items that are in stock; however, we require a maximum of 5 business days after receipt of payment to prepare the shipment. Delivery times depend on the shipping service provider.

2. Versanddienstleister & Sendungsverfolgung

Der Versand all unserer Produkte erfolgt als versichertes Paket über die DHL oder einem vergleichbaren Versanddienstleister. Sobald wir Ihre Bestellung an DHL übergeben haben, erhalten Sie automatisch eine E-Mail mit einer Trackingnummer, so dass Sie den Status Ihrer Sendung jederzeit online verfolgen können.

3. Liefergebiete und Versandkosten

Wir liefern in die gesamte Europäische Union, nach Großbritannien (UK) sowie in ausgewählte weitere Länder außerhalb der EU. Die Versandkosten staffeln sich wie folgt:

Kostenloser Versand (EU & Großbritannien):

  • Der Versand in alle Mitgliedstaaten der Europäischen Union (EU) sowie nach Großbritannien (UK) ist für Sie vollständig kostenlos.

Versand in ausgewählte weitere Länder außerhalb der EU (Drittstaaten):

Wir liefern außerhalb der EU in folgende Länder:

  • Australien

  • Bosnien und Herzegowina

  • Chile

  • China

  • Kolumbien

  • Kosovo

  • Südafrika

  • Südkorea

  • Ukraine

  • Vereinigte Staaten

Tarife für diese Drittstaaten:

  • Basis-Versandkostenpauschale: 50,00 EUR pro Bestellung.

  • Für jedes weitere Produkt in derselben Bestellung berechnen wir einen Aufschlag von 20,00 EUR.

  • Beispiel: Bestellen Sie zwei Produkte in einer Sendung in eines dieser Länder, betragen die Gesamtversandkosten 70,00 EUR (50,00 EUR Basis + 20,00 EUR für das zweite Produkt).

Wichtiger Hinweis für alle Nicht-EU-Lieferungen (inkl. Großbritannien): Bei Lieferungen in Länder außerhalb der EU können zusätzliche Zölle, Importsteuern oder Zollabwicklungsgebühren anfallen, die von der zuständigen Behörde des Ziellandes erhoben werden. Diese Kosten sind vom Kunden zu tragen und nicht in unseren Versandkosten enthalten.

4. Lieferfristen

Wir verkaufen nur gelagerte Ware, dennoch brauchen wir maximal 5 Werktage nach Zahlungseingang, um den Versand vorzubereiten. Die Lieferzeiten sind abhängig vom Versanddienstleister
