Shipping and Delivery Terms
1. Discrete Shipping
Your privacy is our top priority.
All orders are shipped in neutral packaging.
For reasons of discretion, the name "Studio Ivan Kiss" will be used as the sender on the package label.
2. Shipping Providers & Tracking
All of our products are shipped as insured packages via DHL or a comparable shipping service provider. As soon as we have handed over your order to DHL, you will automatically receive an email with a tracking number so that you can track the status of your shipment online at any time.

EU: All countries within the European Union are shipped on DDP (delivery duty paid) basis, meaning that taxes and duties are includes in the final price.
Important Note for All Non-EU Shipments (including the United Kingdom): For shipments to countries outside the EU, additional customs duties, import taxes, or customs clearance fees may apply, which are levied by the relevant authorities in the destination country. These costs are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping costs. Please be advised, that it is your Responsibility to pay for these extra charges.
4. Delivery Times
We only sell items that are in stock; however, we require a maximum of 2-3 business days after receipt of payment to prepare the shipment. Delivery times depend on the shipping service provider.

Sobald wir Ihre Bestellung an DHL übergeben haben, erhalten Sie automatisch eine E-Mail mit einer Trackingnummer, so dass Sie den Status Ihrer Sendung jederzeit online verfolgen können.
